The short answers, up front.
How we work, what we build, and what to expect — and if your question isn’t here, just ask.
What do you build?+
Custom cabinetry and casework, architectural millwork (paneling, bars, banquettes, trim), and custom furniture — for both homes and commercial spaces like restaurants and retail.
Do you work on commercial projects?+
Yes. Alongside residential work, we build commercial casework and millwork for restaurants, bars, and retail — with the shop drawings and documentation a general contractor needs to schedule it.
Who do you work with?+
Homeowners and interior designers, and the general contractors, architects, and restaurant/retail builders who carry the project. We can come in directly or as a millwork partner on a larger build.
Where do you work?+
We're based in Bellefonte, PA and serve clients across the Mid-Atlantic — Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
How does a bid work, and what should I send?+
Send whatever you have — architectural drawings, a designer's elevation, a Pinterest board, or a photo on your phone. We'll come back with a written scope and a number, typically within five business days.
What are typical lead times?+
It depends on scope and our current schedule, but most projects run roughly 6–12 weeks from approved shop drawings through build and install. We'll give you a target timeline with your bid.
How is the work engineered and built?+
Every job is modeled in Mozaik and issued as dimensioned shop drawings for your sign-off before a board is cut — so what you approve is what gets installed. We build to one defined quality standard, residential or commercial.
What materials and finishes do you offer?+
Frameless or face-framed construction, paint-grade or hardwood (walnut, cherry, maple, oak, ash, and more), with hand-cut dovetails, Blum soft-close hardware, and high-end stains and paints matched to your space.
Do you handle installation?+
Yes. We field-measure, coordinate with your GC, and install ourselves — scribed to the space with final adjustments made on-site.
Do you stand behind your work?+
We do. Our millwork is built to last and backed by a workmanship guarantee — if something isn't right, we make it right. Specific terms are confirmed with your scope.
