Bid & Scope
You send drawings, a sketch, or a description. We come back with a written scope and a number — typically within five business days — so everyone knows exactly what's included before anything moves.
Shop Drawings
Once it's sold, we model the work in Mozaik and issue shop drawings for sign-off. Dimensions, joinery, materials, and finishes are confirmed on paper before a board is cut.
Build
Cabinetry, casework, and millwork are built in-shop to the approved drawings — hand-cut dovetails, premium hardware, and a defined quality standard on every piece, residential or commercial.
Field Measure & Install
We field-measure, coordinate with the GC, and install clean — scribed to the space, with final adjustments made on-site. The part most shops get wrong, done right.

We start with how you'll live in the space — walking through your design goals and the way the room actually has to work. If you have a designer, we build from their elevations.

A Scope Statement
A written scope that draws a hard line — exactly what we will build and install, and what we won't. Substrates, countertops, plumbing and electrical cutouts, and anything handled by others are spelled out, so there are no gray areas at install.
A Cost Proposal
A clear, itemized proposal tied to that defined scope — a firm number, not an open-ended estimate. If the scope changes, we re-quote it transparently before any work moves.
